Just Ordered?
We will confirm your order via email. If you do not immediately receive a confirmation then call (800) 297-6386. You can also contact us via e-mail customerservice@youthsportsproducts.com

Domestic Shipments (Continental US)

YSP charges UPS’s published shipping rates based on weight, destination and priority. All orders are processed between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm PT, Monday–Friday. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours after processing. If you have any questions regarding charges or process time, please contact a customer service representative at (888) 297-6386.

Drop Shipments (see Drop Shipments below) and orders exceeding 200lbs. contains items or weights that may entitle you to lower shipping costs than what can be calculated online. A YSP customer service representative will email and/or call you with actual costs and your shipping authorization within 24 hours. If you do not require this information and authorize the shipping as is, please indicate this in the Special Instructions box at Checkout.

UPS-Ground delivery typically requires 1–5 business days within the continental USA. Please do not include the day the order is placed and weekend days when calculating delivery time. Drop Shipments may require an additional 5 business days for delivery.

UPS will charge additional fees for the following priority services:

  • Next Day Air: requires 1 business day for delivery
  • 2nd Day Air: requires 2 business days for delivery
  • 3 Day Select: requires 3 business days for delivery

 

Hawaii and Alaska

All orders will be shipped via UPS. Please do not include the day the order is placed and weekend days when calculating delivery time.

  • 2nd Day Air: requires 2 business days for delivery

International Orders

Purchasers from U.S. Territories and U.S. Military bases (APO) should place their order online or email us for a quote.

We are unable to ship outside the U.S. at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

Drop Shipments
Occasionally, we may choose to ship products directly from the manufacturer. Drop shipments regularly occur with large or heavy shipments such as, but not limited to, goal posts and player uniforms. Our manufacturers may require an additional 5 business days for delivery.

 

Backorders
From time to time, we may run out of a specific inventory item. Unless otherwise specified, the partial order will be shipped and invoiced and the out of stock item will be shipped at a later date. This process, called "backordering", will be shipped at regular ground rates and will not adversely effect any quantity discount pricing. Customer pays for shipping of backorders. Customers may cancel an item on backorder at any time. Backorders not filled within 60 days will be cancelled unless instructed otherwise.
